If you need to return an item, for whatever reason, you'll need to call us on 0131 283 1345 or email us at email@example.com on the day of delivery. Use the email address you used to order the products and your order number (which would have been on the confirmation email we sent you).
We cannot accept returns which haven't been tracked through our returns policy above.
If you're unhappy with a product received please complete our returns form within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This will be emailed to you after logging an item for return. For your protection, we ask that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items, because proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
When you return an item because of damage, an error on our part or you’re not satisfied with the quality, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending the items back, as well as giving you a full refund.
If you decide you no longer want an item when it arrives, you can return it to us, as long as the product has never been removed from its original packaging. In this instance we will refund the price you paid for the goods, but not the cost of returning them to us. For food hygiene reasons and in the best interests of our customers, we cannot accept the return of any products sold on this website if they have been opened or the tamper proof seal on the packaging has been removed.
If you request a refund for a returned item (we’ll also give you the option of an e-voucher or replacement product), we can only refund the credit or debit card used to pay for the item. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
